I grew up in beautiful Buchrain, surrounded by nature and a family with a wide range of interests. My parents gave me my first compact camera at the age of ten. And they didn't stop me from snapping one movie after another at Disneyland Paris. They gave me the freedom to express myself and develop my passion for photography.

Professionally, I first followed my other passion, health, and trained as a nurse. Accompanying people in all health-related situations filled me with humility and gratitude for my own life. The subject of communication and holistic counseling became increasingly important to me and led me to study social work at the HSLU. Today I am able to combine both topics by working for several years at Krebsliga Zentralschweiz in the counseling and support of cancer patients and their relatives.

Several events in my life and during my work at Krebsliga Zentralschweiz have shown me that it is important to listen to your inner voice and seize opportunities when they arise.

So traveling with my husband, who is from England, became a passion for many years and took us to wonderful, mysterious and hidden corners of the world.

The desire to professionalize photography has grown steadily in recent years and in 2022 I seized the opportunity to give photography this space. At BIZ Fotoschule in Ebikon, I learn the craft of photography from scratch and discover my creative passion in all its facets. The focus is on creating high-quality images with the right emotional expression.

You can only live forwards, you can only understand backwards. Life brings everything with it, always unexpected, full of joy, full of challenges. Photography is a wonderful tool for seeing, understanding, comprehending and remembering the most moving moments. I would like to give you this opportunity with my photography.
